Introducing the Pay and Charge Calculator

So we unleashed our team of ninja developers and they came back with our new Pay and Charge Calculator   As the name suggests, it is a calculator that will work out the total charge rate for a candidate based on their base pay rate. We've added in some standard default values to save you time, but these are all values you can edit and change to suit your location and local tax obligations. If you just so happen to operate in the UK and charge a 20% commission, then the default values are already there, so you just enter in your candidates pay rate, press enter and you'll save yourself a few minutes on every placement.
